The 
Challenge

Earn Your Leisure was bringing financial literacy to the culture in a way few brands ever had. The challenge wasn’t just to make finance look good—it was to make finance feel cool, relevant, and culturally magnetic.

The question became:


How do you take age-old financial information and present it in a way that speaks to youth, culture, and people who never saw themselves reflected in traditional finance spaces?

Not by creating “finance art” and hoping it connects.


But by creating art that speaks to the masses, and letting finance live inside of it.

The challenge was to:

  • Make financial education visually aspirational

  • Create imagery that felt like culture, not curriculum

  • Build a visual identity that drew people in emotionally before they engaged intellectually

The 
Vision

Design for the viewer, not just the subject.

Instead of designing “finance visuals,” I designed cultural visuals that carried financial meaning.


The goal was to create art that felt:

  • Cinematic

  • Aspirational

  • Culturally fluent

  • Rockstar-level

Then allow finance and investment education to live inside that world.

This shift made the brand feel less like a lesson and more like a movement.
Not “learn finance.”


But “this is what power, knowledge, and ownership look like.”

The 
Execution

I owned 100% creative direction for all visual output, including:

  • Selected social media branding and campaign systems

  • Market Mondays podcast branding and marketing assets

  • Invest Fest’s visual identity:

    • Stage visuals

    • Event branding

    • Promotional graphics

    • Annual platform modifications

  • Presentation decks and marketing collateral

  • Brand consistency across digital and live experiences

My creative direction unified all touchpoints under one recognizable visual system that scaled with the brand’s growth.

The Impact

That quote perfectly describes the role design played in the brand’s identity.

  • The visual language became synonymous with the brand itself

    John Hope Bryant, Tyler Perry, Robert F. Smith, Jack Dorsey, Magic Johnson, Issa Rae, Shannon Sharpe, Steve Harvey, 50 Cent, Rick Ross, T-Pain, Ne-Yo, Charlamagne Tha God, Dame Dash, T.I., and more

  • Invest Fest grew into one of the largest live finance and entrepreneurship events, hosting 20,000+ attendees in 2025 alone

  • This work represents creative ownership at cultural scale, where design is not decoration—it is identity, credibility, and authority.
